Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Manage Subscription. Upgrades unlock new features immediately. When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, then drops to Free automatically. Failed payments cut access immediately while Stripe retries the charge.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for Enterprise customers.

Any user, including Free users, can buy extra processes for $10 each. You must be logged in to complete the purchase. The process is instantly added to the current billing period. Enterprise already has unlimited processes.

Yes. Your Free process stays in your account in view-only mode for as long as you keep the account. No 7-day expiry. You can revisit it, compare it against another process on a paid plan, or delete it yourself at any time.
