2. We Do Not Sell Your Data
LucidFlow does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
3. Service Providers
We share data with the following service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the LucidFlow service:
- Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Google Gemini: AI-powered document analysis
- Render: Application hosting
- Cloudflare: Security verification and abuse prevention
- PostHog: Product analytics and usage tracking (opt-in only, EU-hosted)
These providers are contractually bound to use your data solely for providing services to LucidFlow and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
4. How to Opt Out
Even though we do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA, you can submit an opt-out request for additional assurance.

5. Verification Process
When you submit a privacy request, we verify your identity using the email address associated with your LucidFlow account. You may be asked to confirm your identity via a verification email.
6. Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on their behalf. The authorized agent must provide written permission signed by the consumer, and we may verify the consumer's identity directly.
7. Response Timeline
We will respond to all verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to 90 calendar days total), we will notify you of the reason and expected response date.
8. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or access levels based on your privacy choices.
